Items provided by Black Tiger Productions L.L.C. on 111tactical.store are items that exist in condition/quantity and adhere to the specified specifications. They are subject to change without notice.

At Black Tiger Production L.L.C we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please note that our return policy is designed to address situations where products are damaged upon receipt by the customer

For damaged items you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product by email at info@blacktiger-llc.com if the product is defective or damaged.

To qualify for a return, the damage to the items must be proven by photographs or video, be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase, as well as the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once your return request is approved and the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the payment method you used. This includes shipping costs.

In the event that you have ordered a product in the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size. However, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the replaced product. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team at info@blacktiger-llc.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and follow the instructions provided.

Black Tiger Productions L.L.C. asks you to be extra careful when purchasing because it does not accept returns on items that the customer wishes to return because they do not like them.
