Items provided by Black Tiger Productions L.L.C. on 111tactical.store are items that exist in stock/quantity and adhere to specified specifications. They also have the right to change without notice.
For items available in stock, after payment is made, deliveries are made within 1-3 business days within Kosovo, while for Albania and North Macedonia, within 5-7 business days. During delivery, items must be in good condition (packaged) and free from damage. Items are delivered via postal service with packaging.
For items that are not available in stock, you may place an order and make a prepayment. For items that are not available in stock, deliveries are made within 40 business days within Kosovo, and for Albania and North Macedonia, within 45 business days; additionally, during delivery, items must be in good condition (packaged) and free from damage. Items are delivered via postal service with packaging.
In case of damage to the item during delivery, the customer is required to notify the seller and organize the return of the item with a new and undamaged one within 24 hours. The return must be made by the customer themselves or, if they agree to pay the postage costs, the damage must be documented with photographs.
Purchased items via the 111tactical.store website cannot be returned simply because the customer does not like the item, except in cases where the item is defective due to manufacturing.
Payments can be made via e-banking or upon receipt of the item via postal service.
